SHIPPING AND RETURNS

Each Fluff piece is made to order in small batches to avoid overproduction and waste. Once a preorder closes, production takes around 3–5 weeks, and we’ll keep you updated along the way.

We currently ship to Europe, the UK, and the US. When your order is ready to ship, you’ll receive an email with tracking details so you can follow its journey to you.

If you’d like to return your order, we accept returns within 28 days of delivery, as long as the item is unworn, in perfect condition, and in its original packaging. As a small company, we handle all returns and exchanges directly — please reach out through our contact form before sending anything back. Returns must be sent using tracked shipping, and shipping costs are non-refundable.

Once your return arrives, we’ll inspect it to ensure it’s in perfect condition. If everything looks good, we’ll process your refund within 3–5 working days. If a return arrives outside this period, we’ll do our best to offer a credit note, but please contact us first.

Because our pieces are made in limited quantities, exchanges depend on availability — but we’ll always do our best to accommodate your request.

As a small brand, we’re unable to cover return postage or customs fees.

We make every Fluff piece with care and ensure each returned garment finds a new home — nothing goes to waste.
